At Dewel.ch, we value customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if stated at the time of purchase)
How to Request a Return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Dewel.ch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
